Ingredients
- Hot cross buns
- Chocolate eggs
- Chocolate bunnies
- Dark chocolate pieces
- Strawberries
- Figs
- Blueberries
- Grapes
- Kiwis
- Mix of different nuts
- Variety of crackers
- Beetroot dip (or your favourite variety)
- Variety of cheeses – tip: invest in a bunny shaped cookie cutter and make some cheddar bunnies
- Selection of cold meats - prosciutto, salami, ham
- Sliced veggies – carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and radishes
Method

Arrange all your delicious Easter favourites on a wooden platter (approx. 40cm in diameter).

To dress the table, add a bowl of mixed Mediterranean olives, colourful Easter eggs and lovely toasted ciabatta bread; brushed with olive oil and garlic.
