Looking for something for the fancy drink sippers this Easter? They will be sure to love this Pink Gin Fizz cocktail garnished with fresh raspberries and chocolate eggs. Easter made by you, loved by all.
Ingredients

  • 44ml pink gin
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 44ml raspberry lemonade 
  • 15ml elderflower liquor

     

To accompany:

  • Fresh raspberries, shaved rhubarb and white chocolate eggs for garnish

Add the ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass with ice cubes.

Add fresh raspberries and shaved rhubarb (curled) into the glass.

Finish cocktail with a metallic drink skewer garnished with a fresh raspberry and white chocolate egg sitting on top of glass.
