OUTDOOR RULES OF PLAY AND ENTRY
- Play Area hours are the same as the Merrifield City Centre trading hours.
- The Play Area is for the use of children between 2 and 12 years of age.
- Please watch for smaller children and do not enter the Play Area if it is crowded.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Please wash/sanitize your hands before entering the Play Area.
- No smoking, or consumption of food or drink in the Play Area.
- No pets in the Play Area.
- No bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades or similar in the Play Area.
- No sharp objects, bottles and glass in the Play Area.
- We recommend shoes be worn in the Play Area.
- Loose fitting clothing or accessories which could become entangled during play should not be worn on the play equipment.
- Children who are unwell or have injuries must not use the Play Area.
- Photographic and video equipment must not be used in the Play Area.
- QIC Merrifield Pty Ltd (ACN 135 625 991) as trustee for QIC Merrifield Trust (ABN 85 395 787 553) and Walshbrook Pty Ltd (ACN 165 972 449) as trustee for Walshbrook Unit Trust (ABN 89 116 205 319) (Owner) of [Hyperdome] (Centre) reserves the right to refuse Play Area entry to any person.
- Please notify Centre Management of any incident that occurs in the Play Area.
- Entry to and use of the Play Area is at your own risk.
- The Owner of the Centre is not liable for damage to property or injury to persons using this Play Area, other than to the extent such loss, damage or injury to any property or person in the Centre is caused by the negligent act or omission of the Owner, its managers, employees, servants and agents.
